What we ask

  • A bike with exactly the same display and throttle connector types as shown in our guide. We recommend M560 and M620 as tested models
  • Regular riding and short feedback: what works, what gets in the way
  • Diagnostic log upload turned on. The device runs flawlessly on every one of our own tested bikes today, and the logs help us keep it that way on yours

The beta, honestly

  • The software is still evolving, and some features are marked as test features
  • The beta unit is larger than the final one and designed for mounting in a sheltered spot
  • FULL mode is meant only for riding off public roads

How it works

    Apply

    Fill in a short form. You pay nothing and order nothing yet.

  2. 2

    Confirmation

    We reply by e-mail. If you get a place, we send the beta terms and payment details. You can pay by bank transfer, or in BTC or ETH with a 10% discount.

  3. 3

    Shipping

    The beta is already working. After payment we ship the device right away, by courier or to the parcel locker you chose.

  4. 4

    Ride

    Install it, set it up on your phone and ride. You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract and a 24-month statutory warranty.

Questions

Before you apply

Does applying commit me to anything?

No. An application is not an order. The contract is made by e-mail, only once you get a place and accept the terms.

Can I pay in crypto?

Yes, in bitcoin (BTC) or ether (ETH), and then you pay 10% less. The addresses and QR codes are below the form. The current crypto amount, calculated at the live rate, is shown next to the addresses. Apply first and wait for the e-mail confirming your place.

When will it ship?

The beta is already working and we are shipping! Once your place is confirmed and paid, the device goes out to you right away, by courier or to a parcel locker. We assemble and test every unit by hand.

I have a different Bafang motor. Can I join?

Yes. You can also buy APIOLI LINK ONE for another Bafang motor if the bike has exactly the same display and throttle connector types. Compare the connectors with the guide photos and include your model in the application. M560 and M620 are tested and recommended; we have not yet tested the other models.

Can I install it myself?

You get detailed step-by-step instructions. The device connects at the plugs, with no cutting of wires. If anything is unclear, write to us.

What happens to the data from my bike?

Diagnostic logs help us fix bugs. They contain no GPS location. Details are in the privacy policy.

Can I ride in FULL mode on public roads?

No. FULL mode is meant only for riding off public roads. The rider is responsible for how the device is used. More in “What APIOLI LINK ONE is, and what it isn't”.
